Objectives: To create an adequate clearance gap between the specified tree Lime (T1) and the client’s property to prevent any further encroachment issues. As well as crown lift the neighbouring side to reduce encroachment on car parked vehicles Work Justification: Crown Lift and Reduction are the recommended methods of tree management to suit our clients’ objectives, further ensuring adequate clearance from our client’s property. Reducing the east side of the trees crown nearest the property by 2 meters would create adequate clearance between the property and the tree, as well as crown lifting the west side of the tree’s crown on the neighbouring carpark side by 2 meters reducing encroachment and nuisance issues. These measures will help prevent any overhanging branches from encroaching on the building as well as the neighbouring carpark, which could lead to issues such as damage to the roof, gutters, vehicles or structure over time. Our client also wishes to take proactive action before the situation escalates, ensuring that potential risks are mitigated early and unnecessary expenses or structural repairs are avoided in the future. By carefully reducing the canopy, the overall health of the tree can also be preserved, as this approach will be conducted with precision to maintain the tree’s natural shape and stability while safeguarding the property.
