Before the event started, Ian Jones presented Geoff Cope with a Ceanothus shrub on the occasion of his retirement from the Parish Council, after 45 years of service to Hankelow.

A good time was had by all, with an excellent quiz organised (as ever) by Ian Jones, and a wonderful buffet provided by members of the Amenities group.

A raffle was held to raise funds for the Amenities Group, which will be used to fund preparations for the Village Fete in June 2019.
